EHS Project Coordinator

Role overview

Moog’s Corporate Environmental Health and Safety team is seeking an EHS Project Coordinator to help deliver projects, business processes and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role combines project coordination, stakeholder communication and EHS data support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate EHS projects, process improvements, milestones and action trackers.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, meeting records and standard documentation.
• Work with corporate EHS, site teams, business partners and external vendors.
• Identify project risks, support problem solving and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Collect and organise data for metrics, dashboards, reports and presentations.
• Support improvement of EHS systems, tools and business processes.

Mandatory qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, EHS, engineering, project management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least three years of relevant project, operations, systems, data or process-coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
• Experience with EHS data, systems or reporting processes.
