HSEQ Lead

AREEB is recruiting an HSEQ Lead for a construction-sector client in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Develop HSSE policies and programmes, monitor compliance and conduct risk assessments and audits.
• Lead investigations, root-cause reviews, corrective actions and safety training.
• Coordinate waste management, pollution prevention and emergency preparedness.
• Report performance metrics, support operational planning and liaise with auditors and regulators.

Requirements

• Stadium experience and a degree in environmental science, occupational safety, engineering or a related discipline.
• The detailed requirements specify seven to ten years in HSSE management, including three years in leadership. The summary field separately says five-plus years.
• Strong regulatory knowledge, risk assessment, investigation, reporting, communication and team leadership skills.
• NEBOSH, IOSH or relevant ISO safety/environment certification is preferred.
