Junior QHSE Executive

Role overview

Support Dezign Format’s integrated management system across quality, health, safety, environment and sustainability, while helping the company maintain awareness of applicable ISO and bizSAFE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IMS documentation aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 20121.
• Record and follow up non-conformances and help the QHSE Manager close corrective actions.
• Update quality-assurance and sustainability policies, audit reports, inspection records and improvement plans.
• Assist with workplace and site inspections, risk assessments, incident reporting and investigation follow-up, and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties, promote QHSE awareness and support process improvements.
• Compile sustainability and carbon-footprint data, monitor regulatory changes and support management-review reporting.
• Protect ISO 20121 system integrity when management-system changes are made.

Requirements

• Diploma in engineering, building, facilities management, environmental science, safety and health, quality management, business, management or an equivalent field. Fresh diploma graduates are welcome.
• Clear written and verbal communication, teamwork, multitasking and deadline-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 20121 and bizSAFE, or strong willingness to learn.
• WSQ risk-management planning, internal-auditor certification, and sustainability or carbon-reporting experience are advantageous rather than mandatory.
