Role overview

Ensure HSE compliance across e.construct precast-concrete operations in Dubai, focusing on manufacturing, lifting and material-handling risks.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HSE procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments covering machinery, lifting and concrete operations.
• Investigate incidents and track preventive actions.
• Maintain inspection, incident and training records.
• Monitor cranes, forklifts, storage and transport.
• Support audits and coordinate with managers and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Seven to ten years of HSE experience including precast operations.
• Knowledge of lifting, heavy equipment and concrete-work risks.
• IOSH, OSHA or equivalent certification.
• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 knowledge is preferred.
