Lead site HSE coordination, compliance and risk control for a major Thales external project in Qatar.
Role overview
Support the Project Manager and HSE Manager in controlling HSE risks across a major external Thales project in Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Promote compliance with project HSE requirements and Qatar regulations.
- Conduct inspections, risk reviews and briefings.
- Coordinate with the client, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Support incident reporting, investigation and prevention.
- Maintain HSE records and communicate emerging risks.
Requirements
- At least five years as an HSE Officer on large external worksites, preferably in the GCC.
- Knowledge of Qatar HSE laws and international safety standards.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
