HSES Manager

Role overview

Air Liquide is hiring an HSES Manager in Singapore to lead health, safety, environment and site-protection performance in a manufacturing environment. The role owns governance, compliance, risk reduction and continual improvement across the operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HSES strategy, objectives, programs and performance monitoring.
• Maintain compliance with Singapore legal requirements and company standards.
• Guide process-safety, occupational-safety and environmental risk controls.
• Oversee audits, incident investigations, corrective actions and emergency readiness.
• Coach managers and employees and strengthen the site safety culture.
• Maintain management systems aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and SS 651.

Mandatory qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, occupational safety, environmental science or a related discipline.
• At least five years of HSES experience in chemical, manufacturing or another high-hazard industry.
• At least two years of people-management experience.
• Registration as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and recognised management-system standards.

Work arrangement

This is a full-time manufacturing-site position in Singapore.
