EMEA EHS Account Program Manager

Role overview

Provide strategic EHS oversight for a global technology customer across EMEA and act as the senior partner between GXO, customer leadership and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead safety steering committees and governance forums.
• Set and monitor EHS objectives, KPIs and improvement plans.
• Oversee compliance, audits, incidents and corrective actions.
• Assess risk and support operational launches and change.
• Coordinate training, engagement and environmental reporting.
• Travel internationally, including regular travel to Amsterdam.

Requirements

• More than five years managing multinational EHS programs.
• Knowledge of management systems and international regulations.
• Multi-country governance, risk and audit experience.
• Strong English, presentation and stakeholder-influencing skills.
