Pensacola Generator EHS Leader

Role overview

This full-time position leads four employees, advises the Plant Leader and drives the EHS roadmap for a heavy-manufacturing workforce of more than 300 people.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on manufacturing-floor leadership.
• Control risks involving cranes, rigging, machine guarding, high-voltage testing, vehicles, pedestrians and chemicals.
• Manage OSHA and EPA compliance, permits, audits and reports.
• Deliver practical training and coaching.
• Use Benchmark Gensuite and KPIs to monitor trends and actions.
• Partner with engineering and maintenance on safer work cells and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or high school diploma/GED with at least six years of direct manufacturing-floor EHS leadership.
• Experience with manufacturing safety requirements, especially OSHA 1910.
• United States work authorization; drug screen where applicable.
• Relocation assistance is available.

The employer lists base pay of $113,100–$188,500 and discretionary bonus eligibility, plus health, retirement and leave benefits.
