Role overview
Lead HSE performance across Van Oord national projects on a rotational basis at different project locations.
Key responsibilities
- Promote safety awareness and project-management ownership.
- Implement HSE policies, objectives and plans.
- Report performance and address audit and inspection findings.
- Maintain relationships with supervisors, clients, third parties and QHSE.
- Manage the project HSE team.
Requirements
- Relevant education, preferably a higher safety or change-management qualification.
- Experience in comparable HSE leadership on complex projects.
- Fluent English and strong leadership and communication.
- Flexibility for rotational project work.
