Role overview

Support Amazon’s North American Surface Transportation Safety and Compliance team by assessing carrier safety performance against defined standards using FMCSA and Amazon metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Run scheduled monitoring for third-party carriers or Amazon fleet operations.
• Validate safety data and maintain complete case records.
• Report results and escalate exceptions outside written procedures.
• Identify violation trends and support process improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of professional or military experience.
• One year using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Data-analysis and cross-functional workflow experience.
• Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts and meet the employer’s stated physical requirements.
