Onsite Medical Representative

Role overview

Amazon is hiring an Onsite Medical Representative for its Liverpool, New York operations site. Working with the Workplace Health and Safety team, the representative helps provide first aid, proactive injury prevention, confidential case documentation and health education.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate workplace health concerns and provide first aid within authorized practice.
• Maintain timely, accurate and confidential medical and incident records.
• Coach employees on ergonomics, body mechanics and injury-prevention practices.
• Coordinate with WHS and operations teams on risk reduction and follow-up actions.
• Support emergency preparedness, required certifications and site safety activities.

Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the employer’s stated professional credential, first-aid and CPR/AED requirements. This is a full-time on-site role that may require flexible shifts and routine fulfillment-site physical activity.
