Role overview

Amazon is hiring an Onsite Medical Representative for its New Castle, Delaware operations site. The role supports the local Workplace Health and Safety team through first aid, injury-prevention activities, case documentation and employee wellbeing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid within the role’s authorized scope and respond to workplace health concerns.
• Maintain accurate case records and protect confidential employee information.
• Support ergonomic coaching, injury-prevention programs and safety engagement.
• Work with site leaders and WHS professionals on incident follow-up and risk reduction.
• Participate in emergency-response readiness and required workplace training.
