Senior Manager, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

Role overview

Bell is recruiting a Senior HSE Manager for its AI Fabric capital programme in Regina.

Key responsibilities

• Support HSE strategy, governance and performance metrics.
• Lead contractor prequalification, onboarding, auditing and oversight.
• Conduct inspections and verify corrective-action effectiveness.
• Facilitate critical-risk reviews for construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate significant incident investigations and organisational learning.
• Integrate HSE requirements into design, procurement, contracts and readiness planning.

Mandatory qualifications

• Relevant university degree.
• At least ten years of progressive HSE leadership experience on major capital, infrastructure or industrial programmes.
• Contractor-safety, risk-management, audit and investigation experience.

Preferred and arrangement

CRSP, CHSC, CSP, CIH, P.Eng. or equivalent is an asset. This regular full-time hybrid role requires at least three office days per week in Canada.
