Senior Learning Experience Designer, Workplace Health & Safety

Amazon is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer to support Workplace Health and Safety capability building. Nashville is the primary listed location, with Bellevue and Arlington also listed.

Responsibilities

• Own learning-experience strategy and use the ADDIE cycle to analyse, design, develop, implement and evaluate safety learning.
• Create modern, engaging training for associates, safety professionals, managers, engineers and maintenance technicians.
• Measure learning impact, identify redesign opportunities and continuously improve course quality.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts, manage content libraries and schedule and maintain training in the learning-management system.
• Use technology to improve access to just-in-time knowledge and share methods across the learning community.
• Manage multiple complex instructional-design projects and deadlines.

Required qualifications

• BS or BA plus at least five years in education technology, instructional design or technology, adult education, visual communications or an equivalent field.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, video-editing tools and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.

Preferred qualifications

• Global multi-country experience, data-driven impact measurement, fast-paced project delivery, advanced multimedia skills and knowledge of ADDIE, SAM and performance-support methods.
• MS or MA plus at least three years in a relevant discipline.
