Engagement & Programs Lead, Workplace Health and Safety

Amazon is hiring an Engagement & Programs Lead for its Workplace Health and Safety Safety Engagement team, based in Nashville with Bellevue also listed.

Responsibilities

• Shape and scale global safety communication campaigns and engagement programs for employees and leaders.
• Apply program-management practices to improve delivery, manage risks and communicate program health to leadership.
• Build partnerships across WHS and the wider business to increase adoption and field impact.
• Define plans, milestones, metrics and key performance indicators and report clearly against objectives.
• Own program budgets and capital-expenditure tracking with Finance.
• Develop technology and AI-enabled solutions and oversee deployment of physical safety infrastructure programs.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• At least five years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics, managing suppliers and tracking operating or capital budgets.

Preferred qualifications

• Process-improvement experience, reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL or Tableau, general AI knowledge and a relevant master’s degree or MBA.
