Senior Program Manager, Workplace Health & Safety Operational Excellence

Amazon.com Services LLC is recruiting a full-time Senior Program Manager for Workplace Health and Safety Operational Excellence. Nashville is the primary listed location; Arlington and Bellevue are also listed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex safety programs across multiple organisations.
• Set strategy, objectives, milestones, measures, budgets and project roadmaps.
• Use data to improve processes, remove barriers and reduce delivery risk.
• Coordinate business, technical and executive stakeholders and share good practices globally.

Required qualifications

• Five years of program or project-management experience.
• Experience using metrics to drive improvement and owning strategy through delivery.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs.
• Bachelor degree.

Preferred qualifications

• Five years of process-improvement and stakeholder-management experience and practical use of PMP, Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen methods.

Conditions and pay

Travel may reach 25 percent. The Nashville range is USD 104,100–155,400 per year.
